There is a strong positive relation between oral glucose tolerance test and different lungs capacity and exercise.Exercise positively effect oral glucose tolerance and increases all lungs capacity which ultimately reduces the risk of diabetes and lungs diseases.
The journal, Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers and Prevention,recently performed a study on how daily exercise correlates with a reduced
risk of getting breast cancer. The type of workout that specifically helped to prevent
breast cancer was aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise is exercise that requires
the body to pump blood much faster to get enough oxygen to the body. Aerobic
exercises include running, dancing, swimming, and hiking.
But aerobic exercise doesn’t just lower your risk of cancer,
it also lowers your likelihood of type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Exercising
can help reduce the risk of these illnesses because high insulin levels and
high amounts of body fat are significant signs of risk for contracting these
